The following is a summary of Vacancy Rates from April 2009 to June 2009.
Santa Barbara
Office Vacancy increased from 5.7% to 6.7%.
Industrial Vacancy decreased slightly from 1.0% to 0.9%.
Retail Vacancy increased slightly from 2.3% to 2.7%.
Goleta
Office Vacancy decreased from 12.9% to 11.6%.
Industrial Vacancy increased from 6.1% to 7.6%.
Carpinteria
Office Vacancy increased from 4.5% to 5.3%.
Industrial Vacancy increased from 6.2% to 7.3%
