We received our CORT sales information today and have completed our Market Trend charts. The South County Market Trend is showing 156 sales in June compared to 165 that closed in June of 06. This is the first month in the last 4 that there weren't more sales in 07 than 06. I am of the opinion that the number of sales is trying to rebound in the South County. The North County appears to be trying to do the same although the statistics aren't supporting that case as significantly. The North
County Market Trend for June showed 147 sales closing where there were 158 the year before. If you look at the chart the gap appears to be getting closer between this years number of sales and last years number. The North County statistics includes Santa Maria, Guadalupe, Orcutt and Lompoc. We have not included the Santa Ynez Buellton area.
